Location: Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest reservations via phone with professionalism and accuracy.
- Record bookings, group codes, special requests, and billing instructions.
- Ensure maximum occupancy through up-selling and inventory control.
- Coordinate with Revenue Manager and Front Office for VIP arrivals and rates.
Requirements:
