1. Senior Quantity Surveyor

Purpose:
Responsible for managing construction and consultancy payments, handling contractual claims and variations, and ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of payments according to company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze construction material costs and rates.
  • Ensure material costs match actual work progress.
  • Supervise data, maps, and report preparation.
  • Conduct on-site inspections for project efficiency.
  • Verify contractor invoices and manage variations.
  • Maintain cost forecast sheets for projects.
  • Coordinate with all QS stakeholders.
  • Support dispute resolution and claim analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
  • 10–15 years of experience, including 5 years in hotel/high-rise/commercial projects.
  • MRICS membership preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of post-contract management.

2. Quantity Survey Manager

Purpose:
Oversee review of construction-related payments, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contracts. Provide contractual advice and support dispute resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and validate estimates, budgets, cash flows, and financial reports.
  • Monitor and assign QS tasks across teams.
  • Evaluate claims, variations, final accounts.
  • Support direct payments and penalties process.
  • Facilitate project budgeting and financial control.
  • Lead and coach the QS team and review performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Preferably a professional membership (e.g., RICS).
  • 10–12 years of experience in large-scale developments in the GCC.
  • Strong post-award contract management experience.

3. Senior Internal Auditor – IT & Security (Omani Nationals Only)

Purpose:
Conduct internal audits for IT and cybersecurity systems within Omran and its subsidiaries in accordance with the approved audit plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk-based internal audits across IT departments.
  • Review internal controls for IT systems and networks.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Draft audit observations and reports.
  • Support the development of audit plans and committee reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
  • CISA, CISSP certifications are an advantage.
  • 6–8 years of work experience, with 2–4 years in auditing preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

4. Senior Internal Auditor – Projects (Omani Nationals Only)

Purpose:
Conduct internal audits for projects managed by Omran and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with risk assessments and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit project controls, procedures, and documentation.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
  • Evaluate internal controls and suggest improvements.
  • Draft detailed audit reports and follow-up on action plans.
  • Support audit policy development and team collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
